If all out of court and pre-litigation possibilities have been exhausted, an enforcement order is applied for after the application for the order for payment has been made and all statutory time limits have expired. With this enforcement order enforcement actions can generally be taken against the debtor for 30 years. In this case, the financial circumstances are re-examined. If there are negative entries against the debtor, the claim will be monitored by us. If there are no negative entries yet, the bailiff is instructed to execute the claim. The asset information is evaluated and, if necessary, an attachment and transfer order is applied for.
